You'll leave with a launch checklist and the one habit that keeps a fleet growing on evenings alone.

Shipped = someone can open it

A localhost demo isn't shipped. A live URL someone else can open is. That's the entire bar. Everything in this course exists to clear it fast: vet quickly, build lazy, deploy cheap — so "done" means live, not "works on my machine."

Link the fleet

The single highest-leverage habit: give every app a home. One page that lists them all, and every app links back to it. Now each launch lifts the others — a visitor who came for the map discovers the price tool. Six openable apps convince people more than any thread ever could; the fleet compounds into proof.

The honest launch

• One post per app beats a "launch campaign" you'll never finish. Show the live URL and the real data behind it. Done.
• Let the work be the marketing. You don't need an audience to start — you need a thing people can open and a sentence that says what it does. Ship, share once, move on.
• Reuse your own proof. Each new app's page can point at the ones already live ("built the same way as these"). This course's own sales page does exactly that — the proof is the fleet.

Keep the cadence

The fleet wasn't one heroic sprint — it was evenings, one app at a time, each deployed the same boring way so the deploy stopped being a decision. That's the real unlock: when idea→live is a known loop, you ship on the time you actually have.

• Keep a running list of vetted datasets (Module 1) so you never stare at a blank page.
• When an app is good enough to open, open it. Polish in public.
• The next app is always easier than the last — the loop is muscle memory now.
