Never shipped before? Install VS Code + Claude Code, spin up a Hostinger VPS, and wire the Hostinger MCP so Claude manages your servers and domains by chat. You do this once — then it's all loop.

Kill bad ideas in 20 minutes. Only build what can actually exist.
The "laziest thing that works" method
Stop the AI from over-building. Ship the smallest thing that works.
Build static-first
One HTML file goes further than you think. Add a backend only when forced.
Deploy to your own box
One VPS, one reverse proxy, the whole fleet. The part nobody hands you.
Add accounts + Stripe billing
The one place laziness stops. Get paid without leaking a secret key.
Ship in public
An app nobody opens isn't shipped. Link the fleet; keep momentum.
